Delivery charges are calculated on the total shopping basket value pre any discount.

Remember - please check orders when delivered as any item damaged in transit must be reported to us within 7 days of receipt. To notify us of any damages, please speak with one of our Customer Care representatives on 0845 604 6292.

We currently only offer deliveries to Mainland UK, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands/Highlands & Isles of Scilly (ie. excluding Channel Islands) although we hope to offer deliveries to this area in the future. 
 

Standard Deliveries

  • If you opted for standard delivery, your goods will arrive within 2-3 working days from the date of dispatch (Weekends & Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days).  Please refer to individual product delivery pages for Plum, East Coast, KidKraft and Bush Baby delivery times.

  • Should you not be in when our courier/ParcelForce calls, a card will be left detailing the location of the parcel or detailing the contact number for the courier/ParcelForce so that you can arrange a re-delivery at your convenience. 

  • For deliveries via courier/Parcelforce, a signature will be required.

  • We reserve the right to use First Class Royal Mail where applicable. 

  • We currently only offer deliveries to Mainland UK, Isle of Man, Northern Ireland, Scottish Islands/Highlands & Isles of Scilly / (ie. excluding Channel Islands) although we hope to offer deliveries to this area in the future.

Next Working Day Deliveries 

  • Our next working day deliveries will require a signature.

  • Orders must be received by 3.00pm for same day dispatch. 

  • We reserve the right to use Special Delivery Next Day Royal Mail where applicable. 

  • Please note that if you opt for next working day and your parcel is dispatched on a Friday, your order will arrive on the Monday (Weekends & Bank Holidays are classed as non-working days).   If you opt for next working day delivery on a Saturday or Sunday, you will receive your order on Tuesday.

  • Please note that Plum, East Coast, KidKraft and Bush Baby products cannot be deivered next working day - please refer to individual product delivery pages for delivery times.

  • Should you be out when our courier/ParcelForce tries to deliver, our courier/ParcelForce will leave a calling card enabling you to contact them directly to rearrange a convenient delivery time. A maximum of two re-delivery attempts will be made by courier/ParcelForce. 

  • We currently only offer deliveries to Mainland UK (ie. excluding the Scottish Islands, Isles of Scilly, Isle of Man, Channel Islands & Northern Ireland) although we hope to offer next day deliveries to these areas in the future.

One Delivery/One Address 

  • You will only be charged one delivery cost per shipping address. If you have more than one delivery address, you will be charged a delivery cost per address. 

  • We will endeavour to send each order as one shipment, however there may be occasions whereby items will need to be sent individually but we will try to minimise this wherever possible. If we split your shipment, you will still only be charged one delivery charge per order.

 Lost Items

  • Please allow 7 working days to elapse from the date of dispatch before contacting us about making any claim for loss of items.

Faulty/Damaged Items

  • In the unfortunate event that an item be faulty in any way, please speak to one of our customer care representatives within 7 days (or where the defect was not apparent within reasonable inspection, within 7 days of discovery of the defect) to arrange for a replacement or refund. Our aim is to get a replacement to you by the next working day upon receipt at our warehouse of the faulty item, subject to stock availability. Any damaged or faulty items that you wish to be refunded will be collected by courier and we will refund any monies to your credit/debit card within 30 days once the goods have been received at our warehouse.
