Returns, Exchange & Cancellation

Returns

Unfortunately, at this time we are unable to offer a free returns service for items to be refunded, exchanged or cancelled. However, should you wish to return an item for refund, exchange or cancellation, before sending back the item please speak with one of our Customer Care representatives on 0845 604 6292 who will provide you with a returns code.

We will happily refund / exchange any item of your order up to a period of 30 days after receiving the goods subject to the item being received back at our warehouse in a satisfactory condition*.

Please note that you will be liable for the relevant postage/courier charges for items being refunded, exchanged or cancelled and we would advise that you obtain ‘proof of postage’ for your own records. 

Exchanges

You can exchange any item of your order up to 30 days after receiving the goods. We will exchange your item once we have received it and subject to it being in a satisfactory condition*, we will despatch the new item via our standard delivery service at no cost to you as soon as possible.

As you will appreciate, for safety & hygiene reasons swim nappies, baby clothing & sleeping bags cannot be exchanged or refunded if worn.

Cancellation/Refunds

We will happily refund any item up to a period of 30 days after receiving the goods.  Once we receive the goods and subject to their being in a satisfactory condition*, we will credit your debit/credit card for that item within 30 days.

Should you wish to cancel an order, you have up to 10 working days to do so from the date of receiving the goods. Please speak to one of our customer care representatives who will assist you through the process. Once we have received the cancelled item and subject to it being in a satisfactory condition*, we will credit your credit/debit card in full including any postage on the original delivery within 30 days.

"Special" Items

Please note that should you wish to return or exchange any product within our “Specials” section, a 10 working day returns policy will apply.

 *Please note that all refund/exchange/cancelled purchases need to be in their original packaging (with tags still intact), unmarked, not washed or worn and in a saleable condition otherwise they will not be accepted and refunded/exchanged.
